• Generate a pipeline through 200+ outbound activities weekly, including calls, emails, and social media outreach
• Conduct structured discovery sessions to identify operational inefficiencies and revenue gaps
• Deliver authority-based product demonstrations that challenge client assumptions
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals
• Maintain a healthy pipeline in CRM with impeccable data hygiene

• Minimum of 1 year of B2B or full-cycle sales experience
• Proven ability to generate your own pipeline and close deals
• Strong discovery, objection handling, and closing skills
• Must have reliable internet and a dedicated workspace
• Comfortable using CRM tools, preferably Hub Spot

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Experience with outbound technologies such as dialers, sequences, and video communication
• Demonstrated ability to thrive under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
• Highly coachable and competitive mindset
• Organized and disciplined approach to work
