Job SummaryThe Key Account Executive will manage and grow relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the assigned industry and/or electronics industry, and the ability to deliver tailored SaaS and data‑centric solutions to clients.
What You Will Be Doing- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our largest and most strategic accounts, including senior level stakeholders.
- Identify, qualify, and close strategic sales opportunities across your assigned accounts to drive global expansion and grow net revenue retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams—sales, marketing, partnerships, and product development—to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Partner with external partners to uncover, position, and sell complex solutions that solve end‑to‑end workflows.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Represent the voice of the customer to shape product roadmap and new strategic offerings.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and senior stakeholders both remotely and on‑site.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall business objectives of Arrow Electronics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5–8 years of SaaS sales experience with an established track record managing or selling into large/strategic customers.
- Experience or understanding of electrical components in medical devices/healthcare, automotive/transportation, industrial manufacturing, semiconductor, or contract manufacturing is a major advantage.
- Experience selling data/AI solutions is a major plus.
- Proven success closing 6‑ and/or 7‑figure deal sizes (annualized).
- Experience with MEDDIC or another sales methodology for large, complex accounts.
- Track record of selling complex solutions that include cross‑functional alignment and VP‑level or above signatories.
- Strong negotiation, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Curiosity, emotional intelligence, and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Hub Spot) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as required; this position is a 60/40 split.
Fully remote; must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.
