SL Produce is a leading exporter of fresh vegetables from Mexico to the United States, committed to quality, efficiency, and long-term partnerships. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our commercial team and support the company’s growth in the U.S. market.
Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with U.S. clients and partners.
Prospect and close new business opportunities within the produce industry.
Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and order coordination.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements in line with company objectives.
Collaborate with logistics, quality control, and finance teams to ensure excellent service.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and product availability.
Attend trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings in the U.S. and Mexico.
Deliver weekly sales reports and meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
RequirementsBachelor’s degree in International Business, Agribusiness, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in sales, ideally in the agricultural or perishable goods sector.
Advanced English (spoken and written) is mandatory

Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of export processes and U.S. produce market is a plus.
CRM and Excel proficiency preferred.
Availability to travel to the U.S. and within Mexico as needed.
