Position: Territory Manager –Southeastern Pennsylvania and northern DE
Department: Outside Sales
Reports to: VP of Sales & Marketing
Territory: South West Philly Markets
Status: Full-Time, Exempt
Compensation: Base Salary + Unlimited Commissions
Schedule: Hybrid (4 days in the field / 1 day remote)

About the Role

Manufacturers Reserve Supply (MRS) is seeking an experienced Territory Manager to deliver great customer service to our existing customer base and strengthen and expand our presence in Delaware and Pennsylvania. This role focuses on building lasting relationships with dealers, contractors, and distributors in the building materials industry.

You’ll step into an established territory with new territory opportunities, offering plenty of room for expansion and personal success. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building partnerships with dealers, contractors, and distributors in the building materials industry — and wants the autonomy to truly own their market.

What You’ll Do

  • Represent MRS’s full line of specialty building products to new and existing accounts.
  • Conduct sales calls, on-site visits, product demos, and customer trainings.
  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and local customer gatherings.
  • Strengthen long-term relationships through proactive communication and support.
  • Identify new growth opportunities and use a consultative sales approach to close business.
  • Leverage CRM tools and reporting to track leads, activity, and results.
  • Work efficiently in the field (4 days on the road, 1 day remote).
  • Meet and exceed territory sales goals with professionalism and integrity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and support.
  • Occasional overnight travel required.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of successful sales experience, ideally in building materials, construction, or related industries.
  • Proven ability to grow a territory and build long-term relationships.
  • Must reside within the DE/PA territory.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar) and strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Self-starter who enjoys autonomy and accountability.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in varying weather conditions.
  • High school diploma required;
    Bachelor’s degree preferred.
