Overview

P.J. Fitzpatrick, the leading name in home services, is seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our Inside Sales team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring excellent service to our customers. This position offers comprehensive training and the opportunity for career growth within a dynamic work environment.

Job Summary

You will engage with homeowners to schedule appointments for our sales team and provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels.

Compensation

$16-$18 per hour plus bonuses based on performance.

Job Location

This is a fully remote role. However, you need to reside in one of the following areas:

Essential

Job Responsibilities
  • Utilize effective questioning and listening skills for professional telephone communication.
  • Follow company scripts to maintain consistent messaging when handling calls.
  • Identify opportunities to up-sell additional services and explain product benefits clearly.
  • Address customer inquiries by researching and providing accurate information.
  • Problem-solve by clarifying issues, exploring solutions, and involving appropriate channels when necessary.
  • Handle special telephone tasks, including call transfers and taking messages efficiently.
  • Maintain a positive demeanor to effectively deal with customer concerns and conflicts.
  • Build rapport with customers to enhance the overall service experience.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective appointment scheduling and communication.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Strong data entry and computer skills with a typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and team members.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.
