Position Summary:

Flexible position as a sales affiliate creating opportunities from customers you are already working with by providing value add tree transplanting services to enhance their projects and the beautify of the landscape. Compensation is commission based on project size and value.

Position Responsibilities:

• Generating leads for landscaping and construction companies
• Developing commercial relationships with strategic partners
• Completing site consultations with clients
• Negotiating contracts with clients
• Preparing monthly sales reports
• Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
• Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs
• Understanding and promoting company programs
• Maintaining client records
• Answering client questions about transplanting, after care, project scoping, and other project related inquiries

Job Requirements
-

- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written

- Highly motivated self starter

- Ability to map organizations and get to decision makers

- Time management and organization skills

- Ability to travel as needed to review job sites and consult with clients

- 5+ years of direct sales experience generating leads and closing deals

Desired Skills
-

- Background in landscaping, landscape architecture, construction, excavation, property management or related industries

- Arborist and tree care background

- Familiarity with Zoho or other CRMs

This a contract commission only position, no benefits are included at this time. Successful resources may be offered fulltime position with demonstrated success
