What we’re looking forWe need an experienced sales professional to join our tight‑knit team and help our partners (franchisees, associations, State Farm agents, independent employers) upgrade their Career Plug accounts to paid subscriptions.
Specific Responsibilities- Answer inbound calls and emails from prospective clients
- Prospect new franchisee, association member, State Farm agent, and independent employer leads to demonstrate product(s)
- Schedule and deliver product demonstrations
- Maintain a minimum number of upgrades and activations per month
- Drive adoption of paid subscriptions with current partners
- Consistently update client information in Hub Spot each day
- Collaborate with Partnership Teams and Sales Operations to support Premium subscription adoption
- Client‑facing experience with comfortable one‑call closes
- Prospecting experience (cold/warm calling)
- Ability to build rapport, follow up to achieve revenue goals, and demonstrate software demos
- Deep personal accountability
- Experience working in the franchise industry, associations, or co‑operatives (preferred)
- Knowledge of recruiting (preferred)
- Software sales experience (preferred)
- Worked with partners that are not a direct client (preferred)
- Remote work (fully remote)

CompensationBase salary $50,000 with potential commission of $65,546.55, paid monthly. Total on‑target compensation $.
