As an IAM Solution New Business Executive, you ll drive growth by positioning our expertise in IAM Services and Solutions in the market and winning new business. You ll own the full sales cycle from strategy to deal closure, while collaborating closely with Delivery and Pre‑Sales. Your insights will shape our value proposition, influence product direction, and fuel cross‑practice opportunities.
Our IAM practice group is on a mission to help organizations secure their digital identities and we re looking for passionate individuals to help us lead the charge. In this role, you ll be at the front‑of‑the‑line of targeted customer acquisition, uncovering new business opportunities, and building trusted relationships with clients who rely on us to protect their most critical assets.
We build success on strategic sales and in‑depth knowledge around the challenges clients face in the IAM domain.

What you ll do as IAM Solution New Business Executive- Identify and win new customers ( new logos ) within the target market segment.
- Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, in close collaboration with Delivery and Pre‑Sales.
- Position and evolve the practice s unique value proposition in the market.
- Collaborate with colleagues to leverage cross‑selling opportunities and share market insights.
- Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and adherence to sales governance standards.
- Efficiently handle and answer RFPs & tenders.
You will play a pivotal role in helping organisations take control of their digital identities. By driving strategic sales efforts and positioning our IAM expertise, you enable customers to secure access, reduce risk, and meet compliance with confidence. - Permanent contract.
- A fulltime role (32 or 36 hours per week can be discussed)

- Experience: 3-6 years of challenger sales in B2B solution or IT. You have a proven new logo track record and are highly familiar with multi‑solution environments. You have regularly navigated the process of stakeholder mapping, account planning, and discovery. You have ample experience working with CRM, ERP and / or prospecting systems and platforms (such as Salesforce, Hubspot, AFAS, Dynamics and/or Linked In Sales Navigator).
- Skills: You are strong in managing a sales pipeline and accurately providing forecasts. You know how to sell solutions based on value and know how to structure deals accordingly.
