We are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives who thrive in an entrepreneurial environment. In this role, you will identify and cultivate new business relationships, actively promote and sell our marketing and communications services, and contribute directly to the agency's growth.

• Prospect and generate new leads through networking, cold-calling, referrals, and other proven methods.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Present agency services effectively and persuasively.
• Negotiate contracts and close new business deals.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Regularly update sales activity in CRM tools and report progress to management.

• Proven sales experience, preferably in marketing, advertising, or media sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
• Ability to thrive in a commission-only sales environment.
• Proficient with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
• Existing relationships or network in the DC, Maryland, Virginia area are advantageous but not required.
