As Office Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member with Mike Walsh - State Farm Agent, you equip our agency to continually achieve its goals. • The primary role will be the training and coaching of the existing team members spanning 3 different agents on Long Island.
• The coaching portion will be focused on helping existing team members improve in the following areas Life Insurance, Commercial Sales, and Health Insurance through regular coaching sessions, setting goals, and providing real time feedback.
• On-boarding all new hires for all 3 offices to ensure a smooth transition and experience. Provide a specific and detailed training program that will be used consistently.

• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
  
  Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Experience in insurance sales required
• Experience in managing customer service preferred
• Experience in coaching or training preferred
• State Farm experience highly preferred
• Proactive in problem-solving
• Able to work in and manage a team environment
• Experience in Windows computer applications
• Able to coordinate and collaborate with others to achieve agency goals.
• Able to succeed in a fast-paced environment
• Able to obtain Property and Casualty License
• Able to obtain Life and Health License
