Responsibilities
  • Prospect new business opportunities with both new and existing customers to build a robust sales pipeline
  • Manage a list of major accounts, leading the entire sales process from initial contact to renewal
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets through effective sales strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to customer needs
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of direct field sales experience, preferably in the corporate sector
  • Proven success in selling complex, enterprise software with significant revenue targets
  • Experience engaging C-suite executives using solution selling techniques
  • Strong ability to lead multi-stakeholder sales processes and manage full-cycle deals
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • College degree preferred
  • Deep understanding of AI and its application in improving legal department operations
  • Skilled in developing and executing account plans that contribute to sales strategy
  • Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment and driving change
