Sales Assistant

• Lead Qualification & Nurturing: Identify high-potential leads within the cosmetics and beauty market. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and recommend products that perfectly match their desires.
• Presales Support: In collaboration with the sales and marketing teams, provide in-depth information about our product catalog, including price lists, sales policies, promotional programs, and seasonal campaigns.
• Lead Contact Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for potential clients through various channels such as Phone, Whats App, Social Media, and Email, ensuring prompt and professional interactions.
• Customer 1st Order Success: Coordinate with the sales and SC Team to ensure new customers experience a seamless onboarding process. Address any concerns and gather feedback to maintain high customer satisfaction.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or related field, preferably with a focus on cosmetics and beauty.
• Good in English.
• Highly adaptable to changing environments.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills and maintain accuracy under pressure.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage diverse clients and collaborate seamlessly across departments.
• At least 3 experience years in sales, customer service; ideally within the cosmetics and beauty industry.
