We are looking for the next amazing addition to our team! Dealr, Inc. is an advanced, forward-thinking SaaS company for independent automotive dealerships. We provide dealr.cloud, an all-in-one management solution and we are revolutionizing the industry. We’re rapidly building our team and are pushing hard for continued, rapid overall growth for the company and out-of-state movement for the software.

Based in Colorado, our team is passionate, talented, and customer-focused. Dealr, Inc. is a young company and we are excited to have a culture that works hard but still knows how to have a sense of humor. This is a fun, fast-paced environment, and we are looking for people who are excited to grow with us.

We are planning to hire two (2) BDRs for this position, each with a single territory from the list below. Please select your preferred territory when applying for the position. These are each new territories and have not been previously targeted with outside sales.

Charlotte, N.C. This territory spans approximately 30 miles around the center of Charlotte—a growing market with a healthy mix of urban and suburban dealerships. You’ll focus on building long-term relationships, becoming a consistent, trusted presence in the region, and establishing yourself as a go-to resource in the market.

Philadelphia, PA This territory covers a 30-mile radius around central Philadelphia and includes roughly 375 potential accounts. It’s a dense, diverse market with strong potential for meaningful connections and long-term growth. You’ll focus on planting deep roots, driving real, measurable growth in a high-potential region, and becoming a trusted local expert.

Northern Virginia Centered around Fairfax, Arlington, Loudoun, and Prince William counties, this territory covers a 30-mile radius within Virginia. You’ll work closely with independent dealerships across a mix of suburban, commuter-heavy, and fast-growing areas. With a focus on steady, relationship-driven growth, you’ll become a reliable presence and a valued partner to dealers in the region.

Outside Business Development Representative (BDR)

We are looking to acquire new Outside Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to create the top of the funnel for our company growth, to present the dealr.cloud product, and to persuade prospects to join the dealr.cloud platform. You'll be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle.

Our ideal candidate is highly skilled in persuasion and can converse and convince prospects effectively both in-person and on the phone. You thrive at creating and mining lead opportunities and making positive connections. You’ll acquire new clients through outbound lead sources and by prospecting and cultivating in-person relationships. Your primary objectives are to initiate relationships, set appointments, perform initial presentations, work with our demoers to address more complex dealership questions, and then work with the prospect to make the sale and bring them onto our platform.

After closing, new clients will be handed off to our implementation team for onboarding.

You’re a self-starter who has dealership industry knowledge and will have intimate product know-how of the dealr.cloud software platform. Our BDR must approach each day with a sense of urgency, manage up, and compress the sales cycle with self‑reliance from cold call to close. This role is not for the faint of heart, and the only people who will succeed in this role are those who would consider themselves hunters.

You must be highly motivated, organized, tenacious, and driven with a relentless pursuit of new revenue.

Time management is essential for our BDR. There is no downtime as you must maximize the hours of your day to prospect, capture customer pain points, prepare for demos, create comprehensive demo summaries, and manage all closing activities.
