• Work closely with project managers and the sales team on technical project delivery
• Take the lead in customer communication related to services, trials, and implementations
• Conduct on-site trials, installations, and trainings – in the field and internationally
• Prepare and deliver reports
• Provide customer support via online channels
• Contribute to hardware and software development
• Work on product documentation, instructional videos, and more

• Passion for the coating industry and understanding of its processes
• Customer-centric mindset
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
• Self-study and commitment to continuous learning
• Active collaboration on projects, service requests, and product development
• Independence, proactivity, and creativity
• Willingness to travel
• English at B2 level (spoken and written)
• Driver’s license (Category
  
  B)

• Hands-on experience in a paint shop
• Experience conducting trainings or participating in sales negotiations
• Exposure to an international corporate environment
• A second foreign language (German or French)
