Talent Acquisition Specialist - Independent Contractor
Location:
Fully Remote (Greater Lansing, MI area)

Responsibilities:
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
Retain clientele through excellent customer service.
Source qualified candidates to interview with small business owners.
Monthly team workshop meetings may be attended in-person in/near Dewitt, MI
Appointment setting, cold calling, and lead generation to establish new clientele
