We are seeking an experienced Sales and Account Relationship Executive with a strong background in supply chain technology, logistics, and cargo security. This role requires expertise in consultative solution sales and engagement with senior decision-makers in supply chain, logistics, and security operations.

• Client Acquisition & Growth: Expand Arviem’s customer base across North and South Americas, leveraging an extensive professional network.
• Sales Strategy & Execution: Implement account-based sales strategies with a 3–9-month sales cycle
  , targeting 5–10 new clients per year.
• Revenue Generation: Drive $1M–$2M in annual revenue through new business and strategic account management.
• Security-Focused Solutions Selling: Engage security, supply chain, and logistics decision-makers to demonstrate the ROI of Arviem’s solutions in cargo protection, theft prevention, and cargo condition monitoring

• Contract & Pricing Negotiation: Develop compelling sales proposals, business cases, and contracts.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure client satisfaction.
• Sales Tools: Utilize Linked In Sales Navigator, Hub Spot CRM, and other digital sales platforms

• Reporting: Reports directly to the CEO of Arviem USA.

• 20+ years of experience in global logistics, cargo security, supply chain visibility, or secure transportation services
  .
• Proven track record in solution-based consultative sales (not product sales).
• Experience working with C-level executives in supply chain, security, and logistics.
• Deep understanding of cargo risk management, theft prevention, and real-time monitoring technologies
  .
• Balanced 50% business development (hunting for new clients) and 50% account management
  .
• High integrity, self‑motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset, capable of working independently in a global scale‑up environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with remote work setups.
• Occasional travel required for client meetings and industry events.
• Language: Fluent in English; additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese) are a plus.
