• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the commercial painting sector.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and relationship building.
• Conduct site visits and prepare detailed estimates for commercial painting projects.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure seamless execution of contracts and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
• Present proposals and negotiate contracts with clients to secure profitable agreements.
• Residential sales as needed.

• Proven experience in commercial sales, preferably in the painting or construction industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset.
• Knowledge of painting products and services is a plus.
