• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in in-home sales
• Experience in solar sales is a plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self-driven with a passion for exceeding targets
• Reliable transportation
• Leadership qualities and a customer-focused approach

• Promote and sell solar energy systems to homeowners with a focus on single-family residences
• Conduct in-home presentations and close sales
• Educate customers about the benefits of solar energy and dispel common myths
• Work towards closing 5-10 residential solar installations monthly with a conversion rate of 15-25% from qualified leads
• Collaborate with our marketing team to generate leads and expand your customer base
• Utilize sales tools like Salesforce to manage leads and track your progress
