• Professional appearance, reliable transportation, and valid driver’s license

• 1–2 pre‑qualified homeowner appointments daily (we book them for you)
• Conduct engaging, solution‑focused consultations in the client’s home
• Present proposals, close deals, and collect deposits
• Attend occasional trade shows and real‑estate community events
• Maintain contact with past clients for repeat and referral business
• Receive ongoing training, ride‑alongs, and weekly check‑ins
