YourImpact
- Master core capabilities of innovative products, solutions, and technologies, and promote benefits to current and prospective customers.
- Learn and utilize the Salesforce CRM platform to manage client and prospect accounts.
- Contact an assigned account base via direct calls, customized email campaigns, and social media to develop sales opportunities and establish engagement.
- Conduct in-person discovery meetings, presentations, and demonstrations, and lead strategic conversations with business owners, executives, and stakeholders to identify customer requirements and business challenges.
- Develop strategic plans to address short‑term and long‑term requirements and generate new revenue streams.
- Leverage a team of subject‑matter experts to enrich knowledge, facilitate wins, and achieve customer success through collaboration.
- Build high‑level relationships within a comprehensive customer base to enhance account penetration.
The Skills & Expertise You Bring
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience (preferred) and have at least three years of B2B sales or customer‑facing experience.
- Have a passion for learning new technology and services in a rapidly evolving industry.
- Track record of persuading others to embrace innovative ideas.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build solid working relationships.
- Can work independently, manage time precisely, and travel occasionally within the local market (valid driver’s license required).
Salary: $50,000 – $63,160 annually. Eligible for incentive compensation; anticipated total compensation at 100% quota is $62,869 annually. Also eligible for a transportation allowance.

This full‑time position offers a hybrid work schedule with occasional in‑office attendance and remote customer engagement. You will report to your local office as directed by management. Options to work from home are available on other business days.
