We are seeking an energetic Energy Solutions Consultant to join Navigate Power & Verde Solutions

  • Compensation: $50,000 – $250,000 per year (commission‑based)

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth by prospecting, networking, and nurturing both new and existing client relationships.
  • Consult & advise clients using proven strategies to meet procurement, consumption, and sustainability goals.
  • Build trust by presenting compelling proposals, managing expectations, and delivering on promises.
  • Stay ahead by mastering our diverse product suite and continuously refining expertise.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2+ years in B2B sales with a strong track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
  • Preferred:
    Experience in energy consulting, procurement, or related fields (book of business a plus).
  • Strong professional network and ability to leverage connections for client acquisition.
  • Self‑motivated, able to work independently and drive independent success.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—adaptable, proactive, and capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.
