We are seeking an energetic Energy Solutions Consultant to join Navigate Power & Verde Solutions

- Compensation: $50,000 – $250,000 per year (commission‑based)

- Drive sales growth by prospecting, networking, and nurturing both new and existing client relationships.
- Consult & advise clients using proven strategies to meet procurement, consumption, and sustainability goals.
- Build trust by presenting compelling proposals, managing expectations, and delivering on promises.
- Stay ahead by mastering our diverse product suite and continuously refining expertise.
- Minimum of 2+ years in B2B sales with a strong track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
- Preferred:
Experience in energy consulting, procurement, or related fields (book of business a plus). - Strong professional network and ability to leverage connections for client acquisition.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently and drive independent success.
- Entrepreneurial mindset—adaptable, proactive, and capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.
- Commission‑based earnings: $50,000 – $250,000 per year with no income ceiling.
