• You gotta do "whatever it takes" to smash your goals, showing you know what's up in the mortgage game and have the grit to stick it out.
• Source your own leads and leverage a vast network; maintain a coachable mindset to close deals.
• Dial 30, 40, or 100 calls as needed and visit 10, 25, or 50 open houses to generate opportunities.
• Grind beyond banking hours and be available after 5 pm; performance is the core measure in this sales role.
• Work with total support to close leads 7 days a week, including nights and weekends.
