We are looking for sales driven individuals who are unique and interested in pursuing an extraordinary career as an Online Sales Chat Agent, specializing in Furniture and Bedding.

Presently, this position is located at our Corporate Office in Franklin Furnace, Ohio and will soon be relocating to our newly renovated Resource Center in downtown Ashland, Kentucky in early 2025.

• High energy people person with a sales focus and experience in a customer satisfaction environment
• Available to work a retail schedule
• Prior experience using Windows-based computer programs
• Basic reading and comprehension skills
• Basic numerical reasoning skills
• Ability to complete paperwork in an accurate, neat and efficient manner
• 40 wpm minimum requirement
• Basic computer skills a must with prior experience with Excel and Google a plus

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, stoop, and reach regularly
• Ability to lift/carry up to 15 lbs

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous demonstrated experience in a customer satisfaction or sales environment preferred
• Previous retail experience a plus but not required
