Account Executive, Outside Sales – Montclair, NJ

Join Xplor Pay as an Account Executive, Outside Sales in Montclair, NJ to make a real impact every day. You will report to the Regional Sales Director and be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with small to medium‑sized business owners, onboarding new business, managing your pipeline using Salesforce, preparing presentations, and closing sales of our payment processing and SaaS services.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with small to medium sized business owners.
  • Work closely with Xplor Pay colleagues in Customer Service, Underwriting, IT, Sales Support, and other departments to onboard new business.
  • Manage your pipeline and day‑to‑day tasks/appointments using Salesforce.
  • Prepare presentations and proposals using Xplor Pay’s electronic applications.
  • Close sales of our payment processing and SaaS services to meet expected minimum requirements.

Compensation

Compensation for this position offers health benefits, 401K match and is a commission‑only residual model with a portfolio ownership component.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
  • Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
  • Can work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to self‑source leads through prospecting, cold‑calling and networking with a hunter mentality.

  • Location:

    fully remote; eligible working rights and ability to be in the field of your team region.
