Overview

Job Responsibilities
  • Exceed monthly revenue quotas and drive sales for the Enso Sleep HST solution
  • Identify prospective customers and convert leads into sales while collaborating with clients to address their needs
  • Coordinate sales processes with marketing and Sales Engineers for product demonstrations
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with the Regional Sales Director and/or Chief Commercial Officer
  • Maintain customer information and sales data in the CRM system, Hub Spot
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Account Executive in the medical device industry
  • Proven experience in sleep medicine sales, specifically home sleep testing
  • Strong clinical aptitude and business acumen, with a hunter mindset and creative thinking
  • Experience closing business within health systems is required
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in healthcare software as a medical device or SaaS sales
  • Previous experience working with CRM systems
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Familiarity with remote and hybrid office teams
  • Background in startup, tech, or software engineering environments
