SENIOR SALES DIRECTOR - CHARTWELLS K-12 (REMOTE)
Join Chartwells School Dining Services K12 in the role of Senior Sales Director. This position focuses on developing trusted relationships within the nation’s largest school districts across the Eastern and Western United States.
Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 base + commissions. Potential to earn over $250,000 when meeting and exceeding targets.
Chartwells K12 has achieved three record-breaking sales years and is looking to add a Senior Sales Director to continue our tremendous growth. We prioritize culture, teamwork, and performance and provide an individual contributor role that rewards success.
Responsibilities- Cultivate and develop new business opportunities via cold calling and prospecting.
- Develop multi-level client contacts and relationships in K-12 school markets, calling on Business Managers, Superintendents, and School Boards.
- Lead the full sales process, including surveys, presentations, proposal development, delivery, and contract negotiations.
- Accountable for market new business growth.
- Three to five years of previous sales experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- High energy, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong time and territory management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, CRM tools, and emerging technologies such as Chat GPT.
- High personal accountability, discipline, resilience, and integrity.
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
- Sales experience in the K-12 Schools market sector preferred.
