We re looking for charismatic, outgoing hustlers with massive networks who are natural-born relationship builders and lead-generating machines. Your success hinges on your ability to source your own leads.

What we offer
: total support to help you close leads 7 days a week, including nights and weekends. Our team has the experience and knowledge to help you dominate and close deals.

This is a remote position

• Source your own leads and build a pipeline.
• Make a high volume of calls to reach goals (examples in original text include 15, 30, 40, or up to 100 calls per day).
• Attend open houses and events to generate opportunities (examples include 5-50 per weekend).
• Work beyond traditional hours (after 5 pm, nights, and weekends) to maximize performance.
• Collaborate with a team that rep 50+ lenders, banks, and investors to present a broad range of loan products.

• High-energy, outgoing, and relationship-oriented with a strong drive to achieve goals.
• Ability to persist with tenacity and adapt in a fast-paced mortgage environment.
• Coachable mindset and willingness to learn and improve.
• Comfort with a remote role and flexible schedule to maximize earning potential.
