Relationship Manager – Southern US
As the Relationship Manager reporting to the AVP of Account Management, you’ll play a critical role in building and maintaining effective long‑term relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and increasing revenue across key accounts within the Southern US region.

Key Responsibilities- Develop effective relationships with key senior‑level decision makers and influencers at an assigned group of customer accounts that typically includes a limited number of strategic customers.
- Achieve revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account.
- Facilitate client meetings presenting all available information.
- Proactively reach out to accounts to ensure there are no retention risks/losses.
- Provide information about the organization’s products and services by raising their profile with customers through face‑to‑face presentations and phone conversations.
- Respond to escalated customer issues.
- Employees in this role are eligible for a Sales Commission Plan.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Advanced degree such as an MBA preferred.
- 5‑8+ years of experience in capital markets and/or fintech.
- Clear communicator with experience in collaborative, matrixed environments.
- Proficiency in tools or platforms such as Excel, Salesforce, Zoom Info, etc.
This position will be located in Dallas, TX and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in‑office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
