Territory Sales Manager-Industrial Sales

The territory is MN, IA, NE. This role is for goal oriented, strategic sales professionals who want to drive growth through proactive prospecting, teamwork, and collaboration with engineering for custom applications. You will have support from headquarters while pursuing your goals in your home office and in the field.

• Be a team leader and a team player to reach quarterly and annual goals.
• Manage Trade Show contacts to generate sales growth.
• Be proactive and forward thinking, prospecting for new customers and maintaining established clients.
• Team with the engineering department on custom applications within your territory.
• Have the support of headquarters, with freedom to pursue goals in your home office and in the field.

• Bachelors degree or 3-5 years work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of field sales experience.
• Proficient in the use of a personal computer and various software applications.
• Self motivated needing minimal direction.
• Ability to see solutions beyond the first two steps of an activity (cognitive reasoning).
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Able to prioritize.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Above average verbal and written communication skills.
• Clean driving record.
