CompensationUnlimited growth potential. Highly incentive‑structured compensation package with OTE of $100k‑120k+ in year 1 and opportunity to earn $150k‑200k+ after a book of business is developed in year 2 and beyond.
Key Responsibilities- Build and manage your own pipeline using a relationship‑focused approach.
- Identify and engage new prospects with creative, persistent strategies.
- Keep the CRM updated with essential details of client interactions.
- Maintain regular contact with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Lead sales appointments through cold calls, warm calls, emails, Linked In, and other outreach methods.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address client needs.
- Provide consultative selling, offering accurate quotes and market knowledge to clients.
- Collaborate closely with carrier account managers and the operations team to onboard and manage new accounts.
- Proven track record in developing networks, building lasting relationships, and closing deals.
