Overview
We are Rubin Financial Group. This role involves remote life insurance sales with commission-based compensation and ongoing training. The base pay range is $75,000.00/yr - $/yr, with additional compensation types including annual bonus and commission. The role is remote, independent contractor, and requires licensing or willingness to obtain licensure.
Responsibilities- Sales Presentation: Deliver captivating presentations to individuals and groups, showcasing life insurance products. Tailor the approach to meet each client’s concerns and preferences.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term client relationships with ongoing support and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and policy retention.
- Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to position offerings effectively and provide client insights.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of activities and progress toward targets; prepare regular reports for management.
- Compliance: Adhere to regulatory requirements, company policies, safeguard client confidentiality, and uphold ethical standards.
- Work remotely with flexible scheduling.
- Use warm, pre-qualified leads covering major product types—Term Life, Whole Life, Final Expense, IUL, Mortgage Protection, Annuities, and Living Benefits—managed in a CRM (no cold calling).
- Earn high commissions, bonuses, and residuals from day one.
- Mentorship and proven systems with extensive experience in agent development.
- Licensed life insurance producer or willingness to get licensed; guidance provided.
- Sales or marketing experience preferred; insurance experience is a plus but not required—eagerness to learn is essential.
- Strong communication skills with integrity and drive.
- Licensed life insurance producer or willingness to obtain licensure (support provided).
