Position Overview:

WBX Commerce is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Manager to join our team. As the Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, owning and nurturing the WBX-client relationship. You will act as the liaison between the client and multiple internal teams, including sales, advertising operations, retail operations, and finance, ensuring seamless communication and execution of client goals.

You will also oversee the new client onboarding process, conduct business reviews for current clients, lead recurring meetings, drive upselling opportunities, and make in-person visits to strengthen relationships. This remote-friendly role will require you to manage 8-15 accounts, providing top-tier service and strategic insights to help our clients maximize their Amazon presence and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Serve as the main liaison between sales, advertising operations, retail operations, and finance teams to execute client strategies and ensure smooth operations.
  • Client Onboarding & Business Reviews:
    Own the onboarding process for new clients and manage regular business reviews for current clients to assess performance, provide recommendations, and strategize for future growth.
  • Upselling & Account Growth:
    Identify opportunities to upsell services and expand the scope of engagement with current clients, ensuring ongoing growth and satisfaction.
  • Travel:
    Conduct occasional in-person visits to clients to strengthen relationships, provide strategic insights, and address client needs. If remote, attend quarterly team meetings at WBX HQ in Baltimore, MD.
  • Amazon Advertising & Selling Expertise:
    Leverage your knowledge of Amazon advertising and selling strategies to provide valuable insights and guidance to clients.
  • Account Management:
    Manage 8-15 client accounts, ensuring all client goals are met and exceeded, and handle any client concerns or escalations promptly.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or similar client-facing role, preferably within the Amazon advertising or Amazon selling ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon’s advertising tools (e.g., Amazon Sponsored Ads, Amazon DSP, Amazon Marketing Cloud, etc.) and Amazon seller strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Ability to identify upselling opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Comfortable with remote work and managing accounts virtually.
  • Ability to occasionally travel for in-person client visits as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in an agency setting, working with a diverse client portfolio.
  • Experience with or ferably within the advertising space (sponsored ads, DSP, AMC).
  • Familiarity with other e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.
