Open Availability Requested Pay Range: $40,000-$60,000 plus incentive
** Sell Agent – Customer Experience
** The Sell Agent – Customer Experience is responsible for delivering customer website support and coordinating customer vehicle purchases.

** Responsibilities
* ** Driveway website concierge/brand promise expert:  + Customer Concierge:
- Answers questions and helps move the digital transaction process forward    - Coordinates virtual inspection using our inspection application    - Coordinates pick-up of purchased vehicle from customer’s home.  + Communicate effectively with customers through chat, phone, and CRM/email  + Maintain activity log
