Base pay range$50,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr
We are an expanding insurance agency committed to offering individuals and families comprehensive solutions in life, health, and retirement insurance. We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who wish to establish a fulfilling career in the insurance sector. No previous licensing is required, as we will assist you through the licensing process.
Key Responsibilities- Consult with clients to evaluate their insurance requirements and create customized solutions.
- Present and recommend various insurance products, including Life, Health, and Retirement options.
- Provide continuous support to clients, nurturing and sustaining positive relationships.
- Manage leads and follow up with prospective clients (training will be provided).
- Stay updated on industry standards, trends, and compliance regulations.
- Step-by-step assistance with licensing for those who are not currently licensed.
- Comprehensive training and mentorship to ensure your success.
