Alchemy is partnering with an established aerospace and defense company seeking an Account Representative to cover their Asia Territory. This role will be hybrid at our client's office in Milwaukee, WI.

Reporting into the Customer Service Manager, this role will oversee the maintenance and growth of assigned accounts in their territory.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers daily via phone, fax, and email.
• Prioritize customer requirements and input them into the system.
• Attach customer original documents to sales quotes.
• Collaborate with Research to obtain vendor bids.
• Provide daily quotes to customers.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations.
• Coordinate customer quotations with internal departments (Research, Accounting, Quality).
• Develop an understanding of customer product demands and market trends.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to foster additional business opportunities.
• Complete assigned tasks from the Sales Manager.

Requirements:

• Positive attitude and keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated, energetic, and focused on achieving success.
• Courteous, tactful, and adept at building interpersonal relationships.
• Highly organized with strong ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Previous experience in sales or account management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or 5-7 years of related experience.
• Proficiency in a relevant foreign language is advantageous.
