Flex Wash is a fast-growing car wash software platform that provides a full point-of-sale as well as marketing tools to increase ticket average and grow large club memberships plans. We help small washes compete with the big chains. We are replacing the legacy systems that are holding back the mom and pops.

We were started by two brothers who saw their family car wash needed to adopt new technology if they were going to thrive with the increasing in car wash competition sprouting up around them

We are seeking a high energy, can-do sales person to lead our sales efforts in a designated territory. The ideal candidate will possess outside and inside sales experience.
We can train you on all you need to know about the car wash industry.

Responsibilities
  • Implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct product demonstrations in person and via Google Meet.
  • Use CRM software to track sales activities
  • Collaborate with marketing teams
  • Engage in cold calling and inside sales activities to generate new business opportunities within the territory.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
Experience
  • Proven experience in outside sales, with a focus on B2B technology - car wash related sales preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated ability in business development, account management, and territory sales strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation skills combined with strong analytical abilities to assess market conditions effectively.
  • Paid training
  • Work from home

Work Location:

Hybrid remote in Western US with airport access.
