As a member of the Goodwill Financial Insurance team, you will drive growth in our living benefits and life insurance book of business. You will use our proven sales process and apply effective strategies daily, reaching out to prospects and actively seeking new opportunities. This role focuses on life and living benefits insurance, and you will have a significant impact by driving growth and delivering excellent service to clients.

• Cold‑call prospects and knock on doors to offer and sell insurance.
• Fill out appropriate forms and enter data into the software system after a sale.
• Cultivate relationships and cross‑sell additional lines of insurance.
• Network at local Chamber mixers and other professional organizations.
• Establish new relationships with potential clients and sign them up for insurance.

• Strong sales skills with experience in tracking, developing, following up, and closing leads.
• Excellent multitasking, computer skills, and proficiency in written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with sales software; knowledge of Infusionsoft is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Active Life Producer license.
• Spanish‑speaking.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Customer Service Agent in the insurance industry.
