Key Responsibilities- Respond to incoming client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Support Sales and Design teams by preparing estimates, proposals, and presentations.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and project information.
- Schedule client meetings, showroom tours, and on-site consultations.
- Manage communications and handoffs between sales, design, project management, and accounting.
- Send follow-up emails, contracts, and client-facing documents.
- Track sales leads from various marketing sources and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with marketing to maintain sales materials and visual assets.
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, report generation, and file organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales coordination, client relations, or admin support—luxury design or construction industry preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Polished communication skills with excellent grammar and writing abilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills; highly detail-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software (Hub Spot, Salesforce, , etc.).
- Comfortable interacting with high-end clientele in a professional manner.
- Sales or Customer Service certification preferred.

Full-Time — Monday to Friday
LocationRemote, with occasional travel for meetings or project site visits as needed.
