Our agency has developed a sales process that has proven to be successful, and we are seeking a sales professional who can leverage their skills and experience to contribute to our continued success.

About the role:

As a member of the Goodwill Financial Insurance team, your primary aim will be to drive growth in our living benefits and life insurance book of business. To achieve this goal, you will use our proven insurance sales process and apply effective strategies daily. This will include reaching out to prospects who have previously asked about our services, as well as actively seeking new opportunities to expand our reach.

This role is specifically focused on life and living benefits insurance opportunities, and you will make a significant impact on our business by successfully driving growth in this area. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual with exceptional communication skills to help us achieve our goals and continue to provide the best possible service to our valued clients.

• Cold calling over the phone and knocking on doors to offer and sell insurance.
• Once a product is sold, you will need to fill out appropriate forms and input into the software system.
• Cultivate relationships and cross-sell additional lines of insurance.
• Networking at the local Chamber mixers and other professional organizations/associations.
• Establish new relationships with potential clients and sign them up for insurance.

• Strong sales skills with an experience of tracking, developing, doing follow up and closing leads
• Excellent multitasking and computer skills; proficiency in written and verbal communication
• Familiar with sales software;
  Knowledge in Infusionsoft is a plus.
• Strong communication skills
• Organizational skills and have a high attention to detail
• Active Life Producer License
• SPANISH-SPEAKING
• 1 to 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Agent in the insurance industry
