Key Account Manager

Seeking candidates near San Diego, CA for a hybrid role, or individuals located outside of California for a fully remote position.

Role Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for upmarket accounts.
  • Own and drive renewals, retention, and adoption for assigned accounts.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and identify opportunities that increase client value.
  • Build credibility as a thought leader and execute strategic account plans.
  • Manage escalations promptly and solve customer issues outcome‑driven.
  • Identify at‑risk customers and mitigate churn risk.
  • Champion the customer’s needs, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Onboarding teams.
Requirements
  • 3‑5 years in SaaS account management or client‑facing roles.
  • Experience owning renewals and long‑term retention goals.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable leading client meetings, strategy sessions, and renewal discussions.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to master technical workflows.
  • Curious problem solver focused on early risk identification and sustainable solutions.
  • Relationship builder driven to proactively develop client relationships.
  • Positive attitude, self‑starter, and team player.
