Position: Inbound Sales Specialist (Remote)

From sales consulting and on-demand sales teams to GTM strategy and customer research, we’re all about impact and results.

We’re looking for a Inbound Sales Specialist to join our team and help ensure an exceptional experience for our clients. You’ll be tasked with closing sales and answering customer questions via inbound phone calls and need to be able to think on your feet, communicate clearly and effectively in English, and help customers find solutions to problems.

What You’ll Be Doing 🥷
  • Speaking perfect English over the phone
  • You’ll be tasked with closing sales and answering customer questions by phone with energy, professionalism and warmth
  • Diagnose and solve the customer's problem via phone and email (and potentially live chat)
  • Collaborating with the team to elevate complex issues and ensure client satisfaction
  • Documenting client interactions, feedback, and resolutions using our CRM and backend systems
  • Communicate effectively with our customers
  • Coordinate effectively with peers and your manager
  • Ensuring clients feel valued and supported throughout their experience with Wrkshop.

You’re likely a great fit if you have:

  • Fluency in English, spoken and written communication
  • Personal integrity and conscientiousness
  • Great problem‑solving ability
  • Strong orientation on task completion, results, and strategic goals
  • Team player
  • Continuous learner
  • Good knowledge of G‑suite (Google Docs, Gmail, Google Meet, Calendar, etc.)
  • Have your own laptop and noise‑cancelling headset
  • Weekend availability is a plus!
