Business Process Outsourcing Sales Executive - BPaaS - Remote Role
NTT DATA is seeking an experienced and historically successful BPO/BPaaS Sales Executive with industry experience in Manufacturing, Retail, Telecom, CPG domains. The role involves originating relationships and closing large, complex contracts to deliver AI‑first BPO/BPaaS transformative service solutions.
Position SummaryWe are looking for a senior‑level sales professional who will create a market of buyer relationships with decision makers at or near the C‑level. The successful candidate will be a domain subject‑matter expert, identify needs, and position technology‑enabled solutions that align with business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a market‑maker who proactively originates deals and builds demand in the market.
- Serve as a subject‑matter expert on core value‑chain processes and their transformation challenges across industries such as Banking and Financial Services, Fintech, Insurance, Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer, Travel & Hospitality, Hi‑tech, Energy & Utilities, Telecom, Healthcare, and Life Sciences.
- Use a consultative approach to understand prospects’ challenges, dynamics and goals, and develop customized BPO/BPaaS propositions that leverage AI and automation.
- Lead the end‑to‑end sales cycle, collaborating with solution architects, pricing teams, legal, operations, etc., to structure multi‑million‑dollar annual contract value deals from initial engagement through contract negotiation and closure.
- Develop and execute strategic go‑to‑market plans in partnership with business unit leaders, alliance partners, advisors, analysts, and marketing.
- Build strong executive‑level relationships with prospective decision makers and stakeholders including COOs, CIOs, CFOs, and Heads of Operations.
- Stay current on industry, AI/technology trends, competitive positioning, and emerging technologies relevant to BPO and digital operations.
- Serve as a thought leader in the market and contribute to brand elevation through participation in industry forums, panels, and client advisory boards.
- 15+ years of experience in BPO/Business Process Services sales with deep understanding of transformative outsourcing models.
- 10+ years of successful closing of large, complex global BPO deals (>$20M total contract value).
- 10+ years of industry experience selling transformative customer experience and service core value‑chain deals.
- 10+ years of experience working within or selling to Fortune 1000 clients.
- Ability to bridge business value with enabling technologies such as AI (agentic & generative), analytics, and industry‑specific platforms and automation.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience navigating matrixed environments and influencing cross‑functional teams.
- Track record of exceeding sales targets and contributing to revenue growth.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to structure complex deal constructs.
- Exceptional executive presence, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
