Responsibilities
  • Research and identify potential sales opportunities within the assigned region
  • Source new sales opportunities through cold calling and outreach to institutional prospects
  • Conduct presentations and webinars to educate advisors and faculty on product capabilities
  • Collaborate with Technical Account Managers to support new customers and ensure retention
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and meet monthly and quarterly sales goals
Qualifications
  • Minimum of five years of outside sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree in science, marketing, communications, business, or a relevant field preferred
  • Proven ability to convert prospects and achieve sales quotas
  • Ability to travel up to 70% within the defined geographic region (Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Maryland)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous sales experience in education, ed tech, SaaS, or related industry
  • Contacts and relationships with local Independent School Districts (ISDs)
  • Previous teaching or administrative experience
  • Strong aptitude for problem-solving with a consultative sales approach
  • Energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
