What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Qualify and quote prospects while selling memberships and personal lines insurance products
- Follow up with members and insureds, prospecting for new business opportunities
- Inspect related documentation and resolve membership and insurance problems
- Identify cross-selling opportunities while managing multiple tasks
- Work during evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must attend in-person training in Independence, OH
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Computer experience and good organizational abilities
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on retention
- High school diploma required; college degree is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Sales experience highly preferred
- Ability to qualify for Personal Lines and Life Insurance Licenses
- Self-motivated with a strong competitive sales drive
