- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- 5-8 years of SaaS sales experience, particularly with large/strategic customers
- Proven experience closing 6 and/or 7 figure deal sizes
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Hubspot) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience/understanding of electrical components in industries such as medical devices, automotive, or industrial manufacturing
- Experience selling data/AI solutions
- Familiarity with MEDDIC or other sales methodologies for complex accounts
- Naturally curious and emotionally intelligent with a willingness to learn
