Inside Sales Agent - Remote

• Qualify and quote prospects while selling memberships and personal lines insurance products
• Follow up with members and insureds and prospect for new business
• Inspect documentation and resolve membership and insurance problems using discretion and independent judgment
• Multi-task and identify cross-selling opportunities
• Work some evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Must be able to attend in-person training in Independence, OH
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good computer experience and organizational skills
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain retention
• High school diploma required; college degree is a plus

• Sales experience is highly preferred
• Prior insurance industry experience is a plus
• Self-motivated and committed to building a profitable business
