- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- 5-8 years of SaaS sales experience, particularly with large/strategic customers
- Experience with electrical components in industries such as medical devices, automotive, and manufacturing
- Proven experience closing 6 and/or 7 figure deals
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Hubspot) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience selling data/AI solutions
- Familiarity with MEDDIC or other sales methodologies for large accounts
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Naturally curious and emotionally intelligent
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
