Regional Sales Manager - South East (Sales)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for the Southeast Region, Case Packing, and Palletizing Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial sales, a proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, existing customers, and be a hunter/developer for new accounts within the territory. Considered Applicants must reside in the Southeast region of the United States (AR, LA, MS, AL, GA, FL, SC, NC, TN) to be considered for this remote position.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Actively seek out and develop new accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers: on Case Packing and Palletizing
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contacts
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional
- Monitor and report on sales performance, including forecasts and budgets
- Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and network
