Regional Sales Manager – South West Region (Sales)

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for the Southwest Region (MT, WY, UT, CO, AZ, NM, TX, OK) Case Packing and Palletizing Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial sales, a proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, existing customers, and be a hunter/developer for new accounts within the territory.

Considered applicants must reside in the Southwest region of the United States to be considered for this remote position.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Actively seek out and develop new accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends.
• Provide technical expertise and support to customers on Case Packing and Palletizing.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contacts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, including forecasts and budgets.
• Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and network.
