* Job Summary:

** Account managers act as client advocates and work with internal departments to ensure that client needs are understood and satisfied. They assist with making additional sales/renewals, handling client complaints, collecting and analyzing data, and improving the overall customer experience.

* Key Responsibilities:

* · Create strategies to identify, qualify, and target prospective clients in key markets.
· Provide knowledgeable product and service strategy to leverage GDT within the marketplace.
· Develop proposals, deliver customer presentations, facilitate demos, and close the business.
· Provide full life-cycle account management on all assigned accounts.
· Cultivate relationships and become a trusted advisor to maintain and renew business opportunities.
· Exceed quotas in a competitive environment and complex sales structure.

* · Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Ability to leverage existing relationships to establish new business opportunities for GDT.
